1000-fill-power 95/5 white goose down is the top of the industry's fill-power scale. This is as close to the ceiling as goose down gets. The 15D nylon windproof, water-repellent ripstop shell resists abrasion and bad weather, while a 20D graphene nylon lining acts as an effectively invisible extra insulating layer.

Expanded shoulder and sleeve make sure the space for movement. The hood can contain a snow helmet, with a dual-direction hem and volume adjusters for a secure, drift-free seal. A knit windproof cuff conceals a built-in watch window for checking pace and altitude without pulling back a sleeve. A webbing loop at the outer seam holds clipped-on gloves for fast on/off in high wind. Nifco cord-locks on the hood, hem, and hood-back.

An interior mesh pocket holds gloves and bulk items; a left-side Napoleon pocket secures smaller essentials, with an integrated lens cloth for wiping goggles. The included bag doubles as a packable camp pillow or a stylish everyday carry-all — from mountain to city.
