We know waiting for new gear can feel like the longest part of the journey. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping process to be simple, reliable, and transparent — so from checkout to trailhead, you always know what to expect.
Order Processing
We move quickly, because we know you’re eager to get moving too. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
As soon as your gear ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where We Ship
Wherever you run, we want to meet you there. We currently ship worldwide.
● Free standard shipping on orders over $150
● Flat rate of $7.99 on all other orders
● Please note: we can’t ship to P.O. boxes at this time
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking details. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
If something feels off — if your order hasn’t arrived when it should — just reach out to us at support@outopia.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into it right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from outside our home base, your country may charge import duties or taxes once your package arrives.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and every country is a little different. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can provide guidance before you order.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Mistakes happen — but please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, the re-shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our fulfillment team works fast. Once an order is placed, we can’t promise changes or cancellations.
