At Outopia, we are committed to creating elite trail running gear that you can trust on any terrain. We want you to feel just as confident in your purchase. If your new gear isn’t the perfect fit or what you expected, our return process is designed to be clear and straightforward.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly from our website.
Policy at a Glance
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.
- We provide a pre-paid shipping label. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
- Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, socks, and undergarments.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in its original, new condition. This helps us ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product from us. Please make sure your returned item meets these standards:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. The item should be free of any stains, deodorant marks, scents (like perfume), or pet hair.
- All original Outopia tags, labels, and any protective liners must be fully attached and undamaged.
- Please include the product’s original, undamaged transparent garment bag.
The Inspection Process
Every returned item is professionally inspected upon arrival at our facility. If an item does not meet the eligibility standards outlined above, it is not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you, and the cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A $5 fee for the use of our pre-paid return label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process and for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Please note, the initial shipping cost paid on your order, if any, is also non-refundable.
Exchanges
For the fastest and most efficient service, we handle exchanges through a simple process: return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for your desired size, color, or style.
This ensures you get your new gear as quickly as possible without waiting for an exchange to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@outopia.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include your order number and photos of the issue.
This policy covers manufacturing defects present upon receipt and is not a long-term product performance warranty. We do not accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift Cards
- Socks and any undergarments sold with a protective liner
